Recommended daily serving:

Adults and children over 12 years of age: 2-3 capsules 2 times a day before meals,

Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule 3 times a day before meals.

Method of application: Capsules should be taken 15-20 minutes before meals with a small amount of liquid. You can open the capsule and dissolve its contents in the drink.
